25.《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》规定保护非物质文化遗产应当注重哪些方面？

答：国家对非物质文化遗产采取认定、记录、建档等措施予以保存，对体现中华民族优秀传统文化，具有历史、文学、艺术、科学价值的非物质文化遗产采取传承、传播等措施予以保护。

保护非物质文化遗产，应当注重其真实性、整体性和传承性，有利于增强中华民族的文化认同，有利于维护国家统一和民族团结，有利于促进社会和谐和可持续发展。

Q25. Which aspects need to be paid attention to in intangible cultural heritage protection as per Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People’s Republic of China?

Answer: The state shall preserve the intangible cultural heritage by identification,

documentation and filing, etc. and protect the intangible cultural heritage which reflects the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and has historical, literary, artistic or scientific value by inheritance, spread, etc..

The authenticity, integrity and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage shall be attached importance to in the protection thereof, which shall be favorable for enhancing the cultural identity of the Chinese nation, safeguarding national unity and ethnic solidarity and promoting the harmonious and sustainable development of the society.
